After you book a stay, you will get an automated confirmation. Once you book no one else can book that same time. There are limited amounts of spots and ince they fill you will be prompted to go on a wait list. Because of the liminted number of people included this summer and the fact we are seasonal there will be no refunds unless your space can be filled. Keep in mind any last minute cancellations rarely are filled.
